StayWell’s vision is that everyone will pursue ideal health and well-being. To support this goal, we’re committed to offering the market an evidence-based solution that is proven to improve population health.
This commitment led StayWell, in 2009, to become an “Early Adopter” and one of the first companies to meet NCQA’s rigorous accreditation standards for Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation.
Since then, StayWell has also received Full Patient and Practitioner Oriented Accreditation from NCQA for our disease management programs, including services for asthma, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease and diabetes, and we have successfully completed the NCQA-Certified HEDIS® Compliance Audit™ for Wellness and Health Promotion (WHP) measure reporting.
NCQA is the acronym for the National Committee for Quality Assurance, a non-profit Washington D.C. based organization whose mission is to improve the quality of health care. NCQA was established in 1990 and is widely recognized as the gold standard of quality for health plans.
