Accreditation standards include:
- Full Patient Oriented Accreditation from NCQA for our disease management programs, including services for asthma, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease and diabetes.
- NCQA Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation
- NCQA Health Information Product Certification
- URAC Health Content Provider Accreditation. URAC standards closely examine a number of different areas, including organizational policies and structures, disclosure, health content, quality oversight, and accountability.
NCQA is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to assessing and reporting on the quality of managed care plans, managed behavioral health care organizations, preferred provider organizations, new health plans, physician organizations, credentials verification organizations, disease management programs and other health-related programs.
URAC, an independent, non-profit organization, promotes health care quality through its accreditation, education and measurement programs. URAC offers a wide range of quality benchmarking programs and services that keep pace with the rapid changes in the health care system, and provide a symbol of excellence for organizations to validate their commitment to quality and accountability.
