On weekends, Lynn can be found working in her expansive gardens, riding her bike or taking nature walks with her Australian Shepherd. She draws energy from quality time spent among her family and friends.
Senior vice president, account management
As senior vice president of Account Management for StayWell Health Management, Lynn Henry leads a team of industry professionals who specialize in national account management and member engagement. She also serves as a strategic leader for StayWell’s largest and most complex accounts. Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in health and wellness and productivity management.
Prior to her current role, Lynn served as vice president of product and marketing for StayWell, overseeing innovative product development and delivery to large employers nationwide.
Lynn originally joined StayWell Health Management in 1993 as a national account manager, consulting with public- and private-sector employers, health care providers, and health plans to design and implement comprehensive wellness programs. She left StayWell in 2000 to pursue interests in the health and technology space, and founded InspiHRe, Inc., a human resource consulting firm focused on the needs of small employers. As president and co-owner, Lynn helped clients align their human capital and organizational goals and objectives, improving employee performance and contributing to accelerated company growth.
Prior to re-joining StayWell in 2005, Lynn also was a senior consultant for the national health and productivity management specialty practice of Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
