Senior vice president of Human Resources

As senior vice president of Human Resources for StayWell Health Management, Thomas Hutton oversees all people strategies, executive compensation, organizational effectiveness and talent management, and participates on the executive team. As a senior human resources veteran in the pharmaceutical/biotech, identity theft protection and beverage industries, Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, executive compensation and strategic organizational development.

Prior to StayWell, Thomas was vice president of Human Resources at LifeLock, an identity theft protection company. He also served as a senior human resources executive at Johnson & Johnson, Amgen Inc. and The Coca Cola Company, where he led the transformation of the talent acquisition process.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware and is a certified para-professional counselor from the University of Delaware Counseling Center as well as a graduate of the University of Houston Interviewing/Assessment Institute.
