Nicole

Nicole Latimer
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of The StayWell Company, Nicole Latimer oversees patient engagement, health management and health advocacy. Nicole’s background includes population health management, health system growth strategies, and patient and employee education. Nicole has broad experience in SaaS development and delivery, having managed workflow and analytics applications designed for patients, analysts, clinicians and executives. In addition, she has a deep understanding of today’s most pressing health care trends.

Prior to StayWell, Nicole was Senior Vice President of the Crimson Clinical Advantage division of The Advisory Board Company — a preeminent best practices and performance improvement consulting firm serving the health care industry —where she held several executive-level positions of increasing responsibility during her long tenure. Most recently, she oversaw Crimson’s highly regarded delivery and measurement platform, over which many of its best-practice solutions are deployed.

Prior to The Advisory Board, Nicole was a manager with Deloitte Consulting, where she specialized in health care operations and turnarounds. In this capacity, she facilitated efforts to improve clinical and administrative processes related to direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

In addition to process improvement, Nicole has assisted her clients with information system selection and implementation to support care management and supply chain operations.

Nicole holds master’s degrees in business administration and management, and health care management and policy from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Dartmouth College.

David Gregg, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer

As Chief Medical Officer for StayWell, David Gregg collaborates with Clinical Programs, Product Development, Technology and Research, Informatics, Account Management and Sales to drive StayWell’s strategy of integrated population health management. Dr. Gregg has significant experience in data analytics and health care technology.

Prior to joining StayWell, Dr. Gregg ran Gregg Consulting Services, a health care consulting business focused on business strategy, population health management, clinical care delivery, provider quality and cost containment. In this position, he worked on the development of accountable care organizations (ACOs) and health information exchanges (HIEs). Previously, Dr. Gregg was a principal and national physician consultant with Mercer Health & Benefits. In this role, he worked with Fortune 100 companies and national health care and information technology organizations. Prior to Mercer, he was vice president and medical officer for health initiatives and business development at HealthPartners.

Dr. Gregg holds a B.S. degree from Harvard and a medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Dr. Gregg trained in internal medicine at Parkland Hospital in Texas and the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. He practiced medicine in the Allina Health Systems and at HealthPartners, and was an associate clinical professor at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine.

Dr. Gregg is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Physician Executives, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and the American Public Health Association.




Peter J. Siavelis
Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer for The StayWell Company, Peter J. Siavelis is responsible for strategy and development to support the wide range of health solutions that StayWell delivers to health care organizations and employers across the country.

Peter has more than 20 years of health care and medical informatics experience, and deep expertise in commercializing innovative solutions that empower people for greater health and well-being. An accomplished strategist, he takes pride in his ability to deliver positive experiences to StayWell clients.

Prior to StayWell, Peter was President of U.S. Sales for Merge Healthcare, where he formed and led the Sales Leadership Academy to develop and retain top talent. Prior to Merge Healthcare, Peter served as Territory Vice President for McKesson and Vice President of the central region for ISH, Inc. Peter also has held leadership positions within Cerner Corporation.

Peter holds a master’s degree in science in medical informatics from Northwestern, an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and a bachelor of general science in human biology from the University of Kansas. Peter is a longtime a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HiMSS).

Diana Keough
Founder, SVP & General Manager of ShareWIK Media

Boy mom, digital entrepreneur, content strategist, TEDx presenter, book author, conference speaker, award-winning multimedia producer and Pulitzer-prize nominated storytelling journalist. For most of her career, her byline appeared regularly in The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer, NPR and PBS; she’s one of only print journalists to earn national awards in both print and radio. In 2010, while teaching journalism at Emory University, she launched a website in an upstairs bedroom of her home that morphed and grew rapidly into a digital communication agency that was acquired in March 2016 by Staywell; in July, ShareWIK became part of HSS, a subsidiary of Merck, a Fortune 100 company, letting her mom know her journalism degree wasn’t such a bad idea, after all. Diana is an enthusiastic evangelist for using every creative tool in her tool box to create outstanding multimedia and interactive content that helps clients exceed business goals and objectives and rise above the noise and clutter.



Cynthia Miller
Co-Chief Content Officer

As Co-Chief Content Officer for StayWell, Cynthia Miller is responsible for the organization’s content management, maintenance and operations. In this role, she oversees StayWell’s digital clinical content and medical reviews, and leads a team of medical writers and editors, as well as the content operations team. Cynthia has been with StayWell for 14 years.

Previously Cynthia was Senior Vice President, Content Management and Maintenance, and also has held other content leadership positions with StayWell. She has managed StayWell’s Canadian operations, led project management for its large health association clients, led the Content team to increased revenue and overseen the company’s intellectual property.

Cynthia has more than 20 years of publishing experience. During her career, she has combined the best of digital and print expertise, having overseen the production of medical journals, books, videos, and both online CME modules and consumer training courses.

Prior to StayWell, Cynthia worked in publishing for BC Decker.

Cynthia holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from McMaster University, Hamilton Ontario.

Robert Jones
Chief Financial Officer

Robert Jones is Chief Financial Officer for The StayWell Company.
In this role, he works with leadership for StayWell’s patient education solutions, health management solutions, and health advocacy solutions teams, as well as StayWell’s parent company and investors to identify and implement financial strategies that will ensure the ongoing strength and stability of the company and the solutions it delivers to the marketplace.

Prior to joining StayWell, Robert served for 16 years as Chief Financial Officer for C3i, an employee IT services firm later acquired by TeleRx — a sister company to StayWell within Healthcare Services & Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to C3i, Robert worked at American Express Company for 11 years with positions in finance, strategic planning and marketing. For the past year, Robert has consulted with private companies, helping clients secure funding, negotiate loans and real estate transactions, and establish and implement strategies to maximize financial operations and increase profitability. His varied experience gives Robert a unique understanding of the financial needs of both established and emerging companies and markets, and the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders in understanding and embracing the financial goals of an organization.

Robert holds a master of business administration degree in marketing from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, also from New York University. He volunteers his time outside the office as a court-appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children, and as a reader to visually impaired senior citizens.




Pearce W. Fleming,
Jr.

President

As President of StayWell, Pearce W. Fleming, Jr., oversees operations, implementation, client service and product management across all of StayWell’s solutions and markets. Pearce has more than 20 years of health care industry experience, and works with employers, health systems and payers to manage population health.

Prior to StayWell, Pearce served as Executive Director of the Advisory Board Company’s Solutions Partnerships Team. He led a team of senior strategic and operational advisors to hospital and health system executives with a focus on value creation and streamlined communications with executive sponsors. Pearce also served as a principal consultant and trusted advisor to prominent hospitals and health systems on topics including labor productivity management, system-based value and population health management.

Pearce has experience in investor-owned, nonprofit, and academic medical centers, as well as federal and state legislative bodies and agencies. He has served in a number of hospital administration roles. With a special expertise in organizational theory and structure, Pearce is adept at providing business design services, ensuring that organizations focus on working toward a shared vision.

Pearce holds a master’s degree in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College. He is board certified in health care management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.




David

David L. Jarmoluk
Chief Technology Officer

David is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience managing enterprise projects, building relationships, and aligning technology solutions and available resources with business goals. He brings decades of experience enabling technology platforms that drive innovative product and value creation for clients. We are excited to add his knowledge and leadership to the team, and look forward to his contributions to the success of our business.

David comes to StayWell from Underwriter’s Laboratories, where he was CTO and focused on an area of the business that was devoted to workplace health and safety solutions. David also has experience with other well-known health care industry players, including both Healthways and Online Health, where he was instrumental in the architecture, design and implementation of the companies’ population management and health and wellness technology platforms.

Matt Adlai Gail, VP, Multimedia and eLearning; Michael Dobson, Director of Technical Operations; Kathryn Gerlock, VP of Application Development; Christopher Keane, Director of Technology Solutions; Ryan Lueders, Director of Project Management; and their respective team members will report to David.

David holds a master’s degree in computer science from Capella University, and a bachelor of science in education from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of HiMSS, and an active member of additional technology-related communities, such as the Nashville Technology Council, Nashville CIO Council, and the Scrum Alliance. David resides in the Nashville, Tennessee area, and will office out of his Hermitage home location, in addition to space in our Salt Lake City office. He loves the outdoors, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family, which includes his wife Carey, their four daughters, and their three dogs.




Bill Moore
President,
Health Advocacy Solutions

Bill Moore is President, Health Advocacy Solutions, for The StayWell Company. In this role, he leads StayWell’s association partnerships business and its associations specialty business, which includes managing pharmaceutical companies’ sponsorships of custom programs. Bill has been with StayWell since 1993, and has been a longtime executive and subject matter expert in this growing and dynamic space.

Bill’s has a passion for creating programs, projects and products that provide our clients with unique solutions to their business. His work with the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association and the National Library of Medicine have touched millions of lives and has helped them live a healthier life.

Prior to StayWell, Bill was CFO of Geneva Corporation, a $225 million holding company, and worked as a certified public accountant with Wilson & Moore.

Bill is a certified public accountant, and also and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and business/management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served on a number of boards, including five years on the Friends of the National Library of Medicine.




PJ Bell

PJ Bell
Co-Chief Content Officer

As Co-Chief Content Officer for StayWell, PJ Bell is responsible for digital media creation and multi-channel publication of the organization’s content across all mediums. PJ joined the company in 1989, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Content. PJ’s writing, editorial and content experience spans decades and has focused on instructional design and health literacy. She is particularly passionate about developing accurate health content that reduces fear and sparks action.

PJ is a writer by trade and has more than 30 years in the publishing industry. Her focus has been writing and editing research and health materials for the lay audience.

Prior to joining the private sector, PJ was a staff writer for both The Pennsylvania State University and North Carolina State University.

PJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in The Writing Option from The Pennsylvania State University.

Katherine Kelton
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Katherine Kelton is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of StayWell. In this role she oversees all legal matters for StayWell, including corporate, commercial contracting, regulatory and employment. In addition, she advises the executive team in areas of compliance, and plays a key role in strategic growth initiatives for the company.

David Anderson, Ph.D., L/P.
Co-Founder

As executive vice president and chief health officer for StayWell, David Anderson oversees the design of StayWell’s population health strategies, programs and tools. David brings nationally recognized expertise to the continuous refinement of StayWell’s systems for health assessment, behavior change, population health management, program evaluation, and value measurement. He also oversees our research practices and provides consulting expertise on customer programs.
