Nicole

Nicole Latimer
President

As President of The StayWell Company, Nicole Latimer oversees patient engagement, health management and health advocacy. Nicole’s background includes population health management, health system growth strategies, and patient and employee education. Nicole has broad experience in SaaS development and delivery, having managed workflow and analytics applications designed for patients, analysts, clinicians and executives. In addition, she has a deep understanding of today’s most pressing health care trends.

Prior to StayWell, Nicole was Senior Vice President of the Crimson Clinical Advantage division of The Advisory Board Company — a preeminent best practices and performance improvement consulting firm serving the health care industry —where she held several executive-level positions of increasing responsibility during her long tenure. Most recently, she oversaw Crimson’s highly regarded delivery and measurement platform, over which many of its best-practice solutions are deployed.

Prior to The Advisory Board, Nicole was a manager with Deloitte Consulting, where she specialized in health care operations and turnarounds. In this capacity, she facilitated efforts to improve clinical and administrative processes related to direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

In addition to process improvement, Nicole has assisted her clients with information system selection and implementation to support care management and supply chain operations.

Nicole holds master’s degrees in business administration and management, and health care management and policy from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Dartmouth College.

David Anderson, Ph.D., L/P.
Co-Founder

As executive vice president and chief health officer for StayWell, David Anderson oversees the design of StayWell’s population health strategies, programs and tools. David brings nationally recognized expertise to the continuous refinement of StayWell’s systems for health assessment, behavior change, population health management, program evaluation, and value measurement. He also oversees our research practices and provides consulting expertise on customer programs.

Prior to StayWell, David held management and consulting positions with Control Data Corporation, where he helped create one of the first successful corporate health management programs. He began his career as assistant professor of psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.

David serves on the Board of the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) and chairs its Research Committee, is on the Board of the Health Project, which administers the C. Everett Koop National Health Award, and is on the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Health Promotion. He is the only individual to have been honored by HERO with both the Bill Whitmer Leadership Award and the Mark Dundon Research Award for his efforts to advance the field of employee health management. A licensed psychologist, David holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of South Dakota and completed a post-graduate business administration program at the New York University Graduate School of Business.

Nancy Monahan
Chief Content Officer

As Chief Content Officer, Nancy Monahan is responsible for the digital media creation and multi-channel publication of the organization’s content across all mediums. Nancy joined the company in 2001, most recently serving as President of the Custom Publishing Group. Nancy’s publishing experience spans more than 20 years and has focused on general management, strategy, business development and strategic business partnerships with a concentration on non-profit and higher education markets.

Prior to joining the organization, she held a progression of executive sales and marketing positions at Dow Jones and Company, Times Mirror International Publishers, and Mosby (the health care division of Times Mirror, now part of Elsevier Health Sciences).

She holds a B.S. degree in business and finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Bill Goldberg
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of StayWell, Bill Goldberg oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company, leading a diverse talent base that combines expertise in population health management, patient education and health communications and engagement. He is a seasoned health care executive with years of experience collaborating with StayWell leadership through his tenure as CEO of StayWell’s parent company, MM USA Holdings, Inc. (formerly MediMedia USA, Inc.), a role he assumed in 2011 and continues today.

Prior to joining MediMedia and StayWell, Bill served as CEO of Planet Biopharmaceuticals. During his tenure, Planet materially expanded its revenue growth rate, market share and margins. Previously, Bill also was President of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals; held senior management and board positions for an operator of long-term acute care hospitals, and an operator of skilled nursing facilities; and worked with a private equity investment group.

Bill is a Board Member of Northwestern Memorial Foundation and serves as an advisor to the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, a freestanding component of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Bill is also serves on the Board of Directors of the North Shore Senior Center and conducts pro bono service in support of other nonprofit health organizations.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Lynn Henry
President,
Health Management Solutions

As President of Health Management Solutions for StayWell, Lynn Henry leads a team of industry professionals who specialize in national account management and member engagement. She also serves as a strategic leader for StayWell’s largest and most complex accounts. Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in health and wellness and productivity management.

Prior to her current role, Lynn served most recently as Senior Vice President of Employer Account Management and as Vice President of Product and Marketing for StayWell, overseeing innovative product development and delivery to large employers nationwide.

Lynn originally joined StayWell Health Management in 1993 as a national account manager, consulting with public- and private-sector employers, health care providers, and health plans to design and implement comprehensive wellness programs. She left StayWell in 2000 to pursue interests in the health and technology space, and founded InspiHRe, Inc., a human resource consulting firm focused on the needs of small employers. As president and co-owner, Lynn helped clients align their human capital and organizational goals and objectives, improving employee performance and contributing to accelerated company growth.

Prior to re-joining StayWell in 2005, Lynn also was a senior consultant for the national health and productivity management specialty practice of Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

David Gregg, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer

As Chief Medical Officer for StayWell, David Gregg collaborates with Clinical Programs, Product Development, Technology and Research, Informatics, Account Management and Sales to drive StayWell’s strategy of integrated population health management. Dr. Gregg has significant experience in data analytics and health care technology.

Prior to joining StayWell, Dr. Gregg ran Gregg Consulting Services, a health care consulting business focused on business strategy, population health management, clinical care delivery, provider quality and cost containment. In this position, he worked on the development of accountable care organizations (ACOs) and health information exchanges (HIEs). Previously, Dr. Gregg was a principal and national physician consultant with Mercer Health & Benefits. In this role, he worked with Fortune 100 companies and national health care and information technology organizations. Prior to Mercer, he was vice president and medical officer for health initiatives and business development at HealthPartners.

Dr. Gregg holds a B.S. degree from Harvard and a medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Dr. Gregg trained in internal medicine at Parkland Hospital in Texas and the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. He practiced medicine in the Allina Health Systems and at HealthPartners, and was an associate clinical professor at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine.

Dr. Gregg is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Physician Executives, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and the American Public Health Association.
